Movement is Medicine

Expert, hands-on physical therapy tailored for every stage of life. Whether you’re a high school athlete pushing your limits or an active retiree enjoying your golden years, we are dedicated to helping you move more efficiently, feel stronger, and maintain a pain-free lifestyle.

What We Treat

Mend Physical Therapy was born out of a deep love for this community. I’m Will White PT, DPT, owner and physical therapist, and I was born and raised right here in Monroe. After graduating from River Oaks High School and ULM, I went on to earn my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Southwest Baptist University in Missouri in 2018. My wife, Coty Brooke, and I spent three years in Tennessee before moving back home to Monroe in 2021 — and now, we’re raising our twins here in the same community that shaped me.

Opening Mend has always been a dream of mine — not just to start a clinic, but to serve the people I care about most: my neighbors, friends, and the families who make Monroe such a special place.

At Mend, healing starts with listening. You’re never just a number here. Every visit is 1-on-1 with a licensed physical therapist who takes the time to understand your story and create a plan that works for you. Because at the end of the day, strong relationships matter just as much as strong results.

We’ve worked hard to make Mend feel less like a healthcare facility and more like home. The door’s always open — whether you’re coming in for care or just stopping by to say hello.

    Ask Questions
Understanding your treatment helps you heal faster, and we’ll explain the “why” behind every step of your care.

  • How much does physical therapy cost?
Your cost depends on your insurance plan, including factors like your deductible and co-insurance, as well as the type of care you need. We also offer simple cash-pay options for anyone who prefers to pay directly.

Does my insurance cover the cost?
Most plans provide coverage for physical therapy. We’ll confirm your benefits and let you know exactly what to expect before you begin.

Do I need a referral from a doctor?
Not always. Many patients can start therapy right away without a referral, though some insurance plans may require one. We’ll guide you if that’s the case.

What if I need to change my appointment time?
We understand schedules change. Just give us a call and we’ll find a time that works better for you.
